After having been diagnosed with IBS five years ago, and struggled to find relief from my symptons (mainly IBS-D, nausea, bloating), following the advice of a nutricionist, I took a CDMA test(comprehensive digestive stool analysis) and blood intolerance test. The results were enlightning:
- parasite
- some yeast overgrowth i.e candida
- significant amount of "harmful" bacteria
- low or insignificant amount of good flora bacteria
- food intolerances to cowīs milk, shellfish, nuts

I followed this diet for a few months (and others in the past) without feeling any better. May be there are others of you who would benefit from similar tests.
Good luck,
Anya
