Hi there-
I was just about to post the same question when I came across yours. I was also afraid to try because although these patties are fairly good for you, as far as processed foods are concerned, they sill contain certain ingredients that are listed on the trigger list and the insoluble fiber list. I have not found that they bother me (which, is why I will continue to eat them). I don't know if it is a good plan, but as long as I am not in pain after eating something, I will continue to eat it, in moderation. I think my success with being able to eat them is also due to the food that I complement them with: non processed.
