Re: My decision       01/15/06 12:06 PM Edit Reply Quote Lucrece Reged: 04/29/05 Posts: 150 Loc: Canada From all of this excellent and highly appreciated advice, I think I have decided to a female barrier method with spermicide every time I feel the need to protect myself, plus the male condom. I am not completely stable at the time, and I've also heard that these hormones in pills can cause constipation in people without ibs, so that will definately not help me at all. However, if I continue my attempt to get stable on this diet alone (which I will ..I am not on any sort of medication) ..and I recieve no positive results, I will switch to the pill and see if this will improve my ibs symptoms, like in some people.
