Feeling awful after antibiotics       01/10/06 08:36 AM Edit Reply Quote beachdreamer Reged: 02/27/05 Posts: 15 Loc: New York State I had dental surgery last week and even though it was in my file, they gave me the wrong type of antibiotic (clindamyicin instead of ceclor), and now I'm paying the price. I haven't felt this bad in years. I could barely wait at the bus stop yesterday for my son. Pain, swollen abdomen, and bright YELLOW d. My physician is telling me to rest and eat a bland diet, blah blah blah....... but I really want to know when I will feel better. It is scary feeling this bad again. I spent 2 years trapped at home with IBS, AND I'M NOT GOING BACK AGAIN!!! Can I radically increase acacia ( I take 2.5 tsps x day)? I really don't know what else to do, imodium isn't helping at all.
