A nurse I talked to thought it should help quite a bit w/ the yeast infections and IBS symptoms. She told me to start by taking 1 pill 2X a day. But the bottle says start w/ 1 a day. She said since I'm in the middle of a yeast infection 2 would be okay, but for my tummy's sake I'm going to do what the bottle says and start with one! How long did you stay at one pill per day?
