Starting Primal Defense Tomorrow...       01/05/06 06:00 PM Edit Reply Quote AmberBoBamber Reged: 12/05/05 Posts: 120 Loc: California After receiving advice and reading posts from different people on here, I decided to start taking the probiotic Primal Defense by Garden of Life. I was pretty stable until a month ago when I took antibiotics. Lets just say, I got diarrhea for days, a vaginal yeast infection, and I've been almost permanently bloated/gassy (even though I'm sticking to the diet and haven't cheated even once!!!)! I just got a yeast infection again and my doc said I should really consider a probiotic to help. Everyones advice pointed me towards Primal Defense. I've just been too scared to take anything up until now. Hopefully, with time, (months I hear), this will really help. I hope this is a safe brand and I will see results with time. Wish me luck!
