It is very difficult to really know what you can and can not eat. I have a relatively mild case of IBS I think and technically I could probably eat most things for a day or two but it is really hard for me to figure out truly what I can and can not eat. At least I feel I am eating healthier and I get a feeling that my true diet will end up being more like avoid High Fats, Pop, and maybe dairy but until I figure it out I am trying to go with stable for quite a while and slowy introduce new foods. It is a little disheartening to know that you can do everything right and still have problems if that is what I am hearing. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
