I have learned to only have small amounts of vinegar & only fresh tomatoes -- and small amounts there. I may have a thin slice of tomato on a soy burger -- or some fresh tomato in homemade salsa... (again small amount) -- but I cannot push the limit here or I also get bloating & sometimes cramping. Too much garlic can also get me -- though it doesn't bother others -- and I can have it in small amounts. With many things you need to just learn your own body tolerances. I don't eat bland though -- I can still have cumin - cilantro -- chili pwdr -- ginger etc.
