Any New Experiences With Cymbalta?

I searched the boards, and Cymbalta got a few mentions -- some people mentioned maybe trying it, but most hadn't yet. I was wondering if anyone around here has tried it now, and could share how it went?

For what it's worth, my background is that I'm IBS-D. Some years back, I tried nortriptyline for my IBS, and it seemed to help a lot for a couple years, and then not so much anymore. My doctor switched me to Paxil, which also seemed to help some. But I swear it was giving me awful nightmares, so I finally quit it after a couple years. (It was hard to stop.) After that, my doc suggested either Prozac or Cymbalta, and we went with Prozac. But it's not helping anywhere near as much as I'd like. So I'm thinking about asking to try Cymbalta. But a lot of places that give info about what various antidepressants are really like to take just seem to say that it's still too new to tell.
