I'll be a son of a gun.
Even a small amount of Feta can wreck havoc.

What's also surprising is how many of you mention Cucumbers, and the BOLCO wrap in general being high in insoluable fiber.

When I went to the grocery store this week, I bought a plethoid of cucumbers.
I was under the impression, that Cucumbers when cooked, where a very good for IBS.
I thought they would not only be not harmful, but an actual rememdy if cooked.

While a Wheat wrap, Beans, and uncooked Cucucumber can be insoluble, the wrap had a good amount of white rice.
My calculation was this ratio of solubale to insulable would have been acceptable.

Folks, are any of you familiar with BOLCO?
