I heard the ones w/ Iron causes this. Do you remember if it had iron in it? I can only take one vitamin and that is Solgar. I might have to go to my dr. and ask him waht he reccomends for sensitive stomachs. I finally have gotten my IBS under control, I don't want the problem back! Thanks for you help!
