Yea, thankfully I have improved greatly from before, but I'm not up to a satisfactory level of fixed yet. The forums and info here by Heather have helped me a lot, and I personally found that the eating habits, exercise especially, and (for me) not taking doctors antibiotics and pills that have nasty side effects have improved my over all health. Probiotics seem to work fairly well too. Like I said, the biggest issue with me is the irrated bladder that is likely associated with some IBS problems, and the mucus thing. I know after this I have a new found respect for anyone having to live with such a pain, but I hope they can overcome it and not have to live with this sort of thing forever. But anyway, I'm just rambling on... ^_^;
