For the first time in two years, I went out for a one hour run last night. I ran and it felt good! I haven't been able to do that for two years! I have been trying to lose the last 30 pounds that I need to and because it's been hard to exercise, I haven't been losing any weight. So this is good news! You are such a blessing Heather! I haven't had an attack for 3 whole weeks either! And I owe it all to you Heather! Thank you sooooo much! And of course, a thank you to everyone on the boards!
