Thank you very much for your support and sharing of experience. I was pretty stressed out before the holiday, true. I am very glad that you reminded me. The discomfort that I had that nite is gone but stays in the memory forever. I have been doing better for today but I have also been drinking loads of strong peppermint tea and chamomille tea.

I am so glad that all of the people here are so supportive. I can tell by the tone of the messages that they have been there and know how I feel. Everyday I find something new here or someone else who feels like I do. I had once thought that I was the only one who suffered like this, but of course that is not true. I think that it takes alot for a person to actually feel able to share their experiences for this disease, since this disease seems to be one that grips you to the very center of your being in the most private aspect of your life. The reason that I felt like I was the only one was because who would want to discuss the problems involved????
