There are plenty of things on the menu to eat even if you don't like raw fish, like fish-free sushi rolls, soups and chicken dishes ( but I adore raw salmon rolls). I would just make sure that the place comes with a good reputation so you can trust thier fish supply. Are there any sushi places in Sussex? (I know I saw a few around in London when I visited a good while ago but not sure about the rest of the UK.) Plus its always so fun to go out for Sushi!
