need help with uk version of "safe foods"

i bought "Eating for ibs" by Heather but I don't know what a lot of the foods are, eg: graham crackers, canola oil. I also eat walkers crisps(potatoes, veg oil, salt) and seabrooks crisps (potatoes,sunflower oil,salt) so are these ok? If there is anyone from the uk reading this could you please tell me what brands of things you eat, i would be most greatful. thx
