Need help! Constipation...       11/15/05 10:30 PM Edit Reply Quote sgebhardt Reged: 08/19/05 Posts: 49 Loc: Alberta, Canada Wondering if anyone has any tricks to relieve constipation fast. I took 3 metamucil capsules which usually work for me but it hasn't worked. It's soooo bad and I know I won't be able to go to sleep tonight unless I do something about it.
