Hello friends,
I am sticking to eating white rice, and drinking my teas; chamomille and eaters digest. I am doing better and only feel like I am going to have a surge of D, but so far that is all there is left, which is good. That tells me that my body is catching up with me and the nasty IBS will have to go hide now.
I recall when I first got so sick, I would get the D and ask others what to do and of course no one knew anything, except that I was totally nuts. I even talked to a young girl who said she had IBS. She asked me once what I did when I have a D-attack, and I said nothing, I do nothing. Oh she said so you just fast? I also have PTSD, and my brain function does not always work very well. So I can not think of the answer.
I am just thankful that today I have found this board and website and made so many new friends. Could the relief of finding others who have the same problems I have be the reason that I am feeling better????
