Hi everyone,

I usually have the IBS-C, with mostly constipation and alot of pain. Last nite I started getting those telltale signs of the diarrhea. I have not eaten since dinner last nite, afraid that it would only add to the diarrhea. Does anyone have suggestions what I should eat???? I want the fluid drive to stop, so what do all of you who have this problem eat????

This is a reason why I do not believe that we need a separate board for the IBS-C, IBS-D, or IBS-A, or whatever one may be. I am thankful that I can come to just one board and ask and someone will be able to help me.
