Non-Dairy Creamers

I have found a non-dairy creamer (Rich's Coffee Rich) that is lactose free and does not have any ingredients in it that are bad for IBS. Has any one experimented with this?

Also, being a newbe, I cannot get over it that I can take fiber supplements and not have an explosion whether I want it or not. I have read all about it in the book, but I cannot seem to bring myself to buy it. Especially when I read the packages and they all tell me THEY WILL DELIVER. Which is not what I want. Is it true that they will help IBS and not produce unpredictable events?
