Hey sanIL, I have both IBS(C) and Celiac (about 3+ yrs now) too. My celiac is under control, but I'm still feeling generally pretty bad with IBS, so I'm still trying to figure that out. I think everyone's right though, it's really not hard to combine the GF and this diet. If you want to make the bread-realated recipes, etc, just substitute a GF mix for the wheat or whatever. Pluse theres lots of rice, potatoes, friuts and veggis to be had here. While I probaly can't help you much with IBS stuff (at least not yet ), I'd be glad to help if you have any Celiac q.s.
(also I noticed you said Celiac as "wheat free." You know that includes barley and rye, right?) Good luck!
