I guess this is mainly a question for Heather or anyone who has tried the "breaking the cycle of IBS" diet- I read on here that Heather recommends an all soluble fiber diet for a few days when youre feeling badly, so my question is does that have to be absolutely ONLY soluble foods, or can you have a litle low fat meat ( like chicken, turkey) and egg subsitute -basically no fiber things-(as long as you avoid all insoluble fiber)? Thanks!
