I know I need to find out what i can tolerate and what bothers me, but I really have a hard time identifying specific things (maybe it's cause I'm always bloated/gassy/struggling with C.). For you C's out there, what constitutes an "attack?"- gas, bloating, pain even? Do you feel it immediately ( like you were fine all day then after eating something suddenly, bam) or if its more gradual, how can you be sure what exactly it was of what you ate over the course of the day that caused it? If only I could figure this one out i might actaully make some progress towards getting better...
