I've gone from one dose of mirlax to 2 or 3...adding more flax and protein to my diet, which seems to help some, but so many foods just gross me out still...like dairy, which is good because I don't need it for the IBS, but do for the baby, so I'm drinking alot of calcium fortified OJ for my calcium. I take 10mg of Prozac daily...my doctor said it is fine as long as I need it. I went down, however, from a higher dosage. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
