South Beach Diet is it Safe?       10/11/05 08:08 AM Edit Reply Quote Sweetd Reged: 07/13/04 Posts: 782 Loc: NY My Doctor wants me to go on the South Beach Diet, because he thinks I eat too many bad carbs. Is anyone on this? Is it safe for IBS? There are a lot of foods that contain whole wheat and whole wheat kills my stomach!
