It was in the Eating for IBS Diet and Cookbook and I copied only the ones I knew I would ever use and gave the book to charity. I can not seem to find it anywhere on the site. But I noticed on your recipe for Pear Spice Bread it calls for half cup canola oil. That would be lots of fat so I am really confused. Maybe someone out there has the cookbook and can help me? Thanks!
