I am not drinking as much water as I could (avarage 1 to 1 1/2 liters per day) I am trying to find something that will work for my C that I can take for an extended period. Zelnorm is killing me and not helping the C, Acacia did not work for me (made me miserably bloated and no BM's) Wondering if the Flax fiber is an option Thanks for all your support Jennifer, I have been going through a rough year cheers Trixie Always C and bloated Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
