I have the HARDEST time staying on my diet. And I pay for it everyday. For me its the opposite.. cos my parents live next door and my mom always has something good to eat that isnt good for me. I do better when I eliminate my options at my own home. My husband and I usually eat totally different things too. I usually fix him something to eat and then just snack a lot. Its hard for me to put meals together we both like that I can actually eat and be safe.. so I choose to just fix something easy and quick for him.. and nibble on safe stuff for me.
