I guess the only thing I haven't done is the SFS. It is just like warns us not to do - but I am too scared to try it. I tried it once (too much by mistake) and was very sick that day. Too scared to try again. I think I will do the plain food for a day or 2 till I feel halfway decent again then work up my courage to a SFS. I bought Benefibre.
