Melt about 2 cups of non dairy chocolate chips with about 2 tsp. oil Add a cup of marshmallow fluff and melt (at this point I add abou two tablespoons of peanut butter but you should...) Add one tbsp. vanilla. Pour into a brownie pan and freeze overnight. Cut into one inch squares an eat frozen. I can usuallt tolerate two pices with no problem. Enjoy. Oh! Just one thing. I wouldn;t reccomend eating this on an empty stomach. I usually have it for dessert or after some crackers.

No problem! I've made it without the peanuts and it's still yummy!
