Look for a kosher symbol (an O with a U inside it) (An O with a K in it) (A star with a K in it) are just a few. Next to the symbol it will let you know if it is dairy or not. It has no dairy if it: 1. Has the word "parev" next to it 2. Has no "D" or "Dairy" next to it 3. A "DE" means it was prepared in dairy equiptment but has no dairy in it.
