Find some grahm crackers without HFCS and smear on some marshmallow fluff with a few non dairy chocolate chips. Nuke them in the microwave for thirty seconds and then cover them with another cracker. They are yummy! My kids love them (so do I ) can she eat the rice dream Ice cream? They have some good flavors. Good luck.. It's so hard when a child has to limit herself.
