My current dose is 1/2 tsp in the morning and 1/2 tsp before bed. I will be increasing this Sunday to 3/4 tsp each. You are probably right about the IF. I used to eat a lot of salad with lunch & dinner and veggies for snacks but have cut them out because they are the main culprits that cause severe gas & bloating for me. I have tried eating salad after eating bread first, but bloat up immediately. I feel like I get bloated just walking through the produce section at the market! I will try to incorporate more IF safely. Thank you for your responses!
