Can taking Acacia cause C in a "stable" IBS-C person? I've been trying to read up on old posts, but I haven't found the answer to this question and I have lost the patience to continue looking! I define myself as "stable" since I usually have a BM once a day. I started this diet and using the Acacia supplement because of the bloating, gas, and occasional attacks. Ever since I started (about a month ago) the bloating and gas are somewhat under control and I haven't had an attack yet, but I am no longer having a BM once a day - not even every other day. Can it be the Acacia or is it just a coincidence? Thanks!
