I love this message board and come here often when I feel yucky becuase you all give me so much hope and motivation. I was actually hoping for some advice or motivation to help me eat better. In the past (10 years), I have not really found many relationships between food and my bloating and pain and nausea symptoms - They were mostly associated with stress, although coke and pepsi and coffee were BAD culprits! I also notice one week that ice cream hurt it and then the next two weeks it wouldn't. This is the same with most of the trigger foods. So confusing because then I keep eating it becuase it doesn't always hurt it...UGH. I do tend to have a stomach ache every day though - just not necessarily associated with a particular food. Does anybody else have this problem???? I have recently been going through an emotional time, 2nd year of medical school, moving, just got married - exciting things, but not for the IBS...not suprisingly my symtpoms have been getting worse. My main sympotms are usually C and pain and nausea, but I have recently had more diarrhea (once a week or so which is a lot for me). I guess I would love to know if anyone else has had this problem and if so, did the diet help it? Thank you so much! I really appreciate your help!
