Okay..so I went to the grocery store to stock up my pantry. I am STILL confused after reading Heather's book and reading all these messages. Many of the foods that I picked up that I thought were safe had "enriched wheat flour" as a main ingredient. Am I suppose to only shop for foods that contain "white flour???" The three different bags of pretzels that I picked up all contain "wheat flour"....crackers were the same, so were cookies and many of the "fresh" white breads/buns were baked with milk and eggs (I asked the lady in the bakery dep't). Has anyone tried the "Oats and Honey" bread? The Honey Maid graham wafers/crackers were also made with enriched wheat flour....To be truthful, I have eaten lots of the above foods in the last couple of weeks and had no problem (other than bloating)...I just don't want to continue if one day it will add up and give me a flare up...I appreciate the clarification....is it me...or are there always questions concerning "safe" foods..
