I'm nearing the end of my three months and was thinking it would be a good idea to go off it slowly. I'm hoping that by taking a good sized dose of a fiber supplement at the same time would help keep up the benefits of the zelnorm. I have missed a dose occasionally and haven't noticed any problems.
