When is the best time of the day to take probiotics?       07/27/05 06:10 PM Edit Reply Quote Cher022 Reged: 02/12/05 Posts: 13 I just received my Natrol BioBeads in the mail today, and I'm not sure when to take them. The box says 1 per day but it does not tell when would be the best time. I have never taken a probiotic before. I was told to take them because of the antibiotics I was taking but I had to stop the antibiotics because of the severe diarreha that they caused. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
