is a loss of appeitte, burping up excessive air, extreme nausea all symptoms of ibs? i was diagonisted with gastroparesis or delyaed stomach emptying over a yr ago, they had me on a prokinetic but i got off of that months ago bc i felt my stomach was working again and wasnt bloated anymore, then they diagnosed me a a few months ago with ibs, which ive had cramps and switching between dihhrea and constipation , but this feels different kinda of like someone is squeezing my stomach, im going for a gastri emptying scan today, if that comes back normal could this really be ibs? i have very bad aniexty as well , thanx
