Funnily enough When I was in Tesco last night they had an offer on the "Heinz Simply Organic" baby food range I sort of remembered someone saying that baby food apple puree was safe so I bought some, well 10 actually they were buy one get one free, can you eat these on a empty tummy or do you need to do the soluble fibre bit first?
