Fiber One cereal?       07/22/05 07:53 PM Edit Reply Quote tama_chan Reged: 06/18/05 Posts: 65 I purchased some Fiber One cereal to eat this week in combination with a pure SF food. Now i'm having second thoughts about it; I've heard from forum members that a bran cereal can either help or hurt the cycle, from what I understand. This is the order I ate my breakfast in, so maybe you could tell me if this is the correct way to diet: Rice and potatoes Banana shake 1 bowel of the Fiber One Cereal Now the Fiber One cereal already has 14 grms of fiber in it, and I also started with the lowest quantity of Heather's Arcania powder. This is still okay though right? I just want to make sure I'm not over doing it, but I'm scared that I haven't had enough insoluble fiber in my diet now that people are telling me you need both to live.
