Beth is right about labs. Different labs and different technicians will get different results, especially if they don't do serum Celiac testing a lot. If it were me I'd ask to get a second lab test from a different, more reliable lab that does these tests on a consistent basis.
False negatives are NOT that rare.

In the meantime, eat Gluten free please.
