Now that I've read more about IBS and how it works, could you guys please confirm that this would be an ideal way to eat for the diet?
NO meats NO dairy Drink only tap water; no carbonation, mineral, alcoholic or caffeine drinks Fruits: Stay away from major seeded fruits (bananas are okay) Vegetables: carrots, potatoes are fine Soy and rice milk are acceptable, but soy should be kept to a minimum Insoluble fiber: Nothing heavy like bran cereals, but pieces of insoluble fiber are okay mixed with SF (from what I understand) Plenty of Soluble fiber (apple sauce, oatmeal, yams, beets, rice,).
With these directions, and taking the Acacia supplement powder daily, I should see a difference in a couple weeks right? I realize that you need ISF and SF to continue living, but if someone could give me a list or some kind of idea as to what a good source of ISF (Like toast?) is, that will not be considered an overdose.
I apologize again if this is annoying; I just want to get better and am trying to make the ideal diet. Thank you!
