What to eat?       07/17/05 09:54 AM Edit Reply Quote tonnie1978 Reged: 01/23/05 Posts: 18 Loc: SC & CA I have a dietician.. and I am supposed to be on a bland diet but some of the things she has listed are IF and not just SF. So, while I try to figure out what my trigger foods are, what should I start off with? What should I eat or did you eat for each meal and snack when you began? I don't like any kind of meat.. except red meat, so I will have to get my protein from other products. And I am unsure if I can have soy milk. I am going to wait to try that again later.
