I am still doing great. Haven't had an attack yet and hope to continue that way. I only have four more months to make it a year. I sure hope I can make it. I feel as long as I keep taking the Zelnorm and eating right I should make it. With the Zelnorm I find that I can eat a little bit more of the foods that triggered my attacks before. I still watch it though because I have been doing this good I don't want to ruin it now.
This is so nice to be stable like this. I want this to continue. I almost feel normal although I know that I will never be normal (but then again what is normal? ) it does feel great to be like this. I went for so long having an attack either every day or every other day and to not have them is a great feeling.
I hope this helps you to know that you can become stable it took along time for me to get like this but I did make it and I know that you can to.
