It's hard to make blanket statement on all condiments. I usually just read the label to see if it has any trigers for me. Ones to watch out for are HFCS and dairy.

Generally, mustard is safe, and you can find ketchups w/o HFCS if you look. Trader Joe's has some. Mayo should be no/low fat, and again, check for dairy. I have no trouble with soy sauce.
