Are you feeling any better?

I don't know what to advise really, have you taken any peppermint capsules? How about drinking water, you need to keep up your fluids, it may help your head.
Also, you could try a few drops of lavender oil on a warm hot water bottle with a cover or towel around it. Place it directly on your abdomin and put your feet up, it should soothe the area.

I hope someone else here can help you more.
