Hey Ashley, Raisins do the same thing to me. I seem to be on a the same path as you. I have started taking psyllium and am up to 1 tsp at night and 1 tsp in the morning along with 1 tbls of acacia (this added to a berry smoothy) I am as yet a very bloated gassy being I know this is common so I am hoping it regulates itself as it has done in so many of my friends. I am taking a psyllium that has whole seeds and husks so it has both soluable and insoluable fiber in it. I did try the flax and I not only had gas but it was very FOUL. Couldn't deal so decided to try this first.I have heard about the renewlife products and have a friend that used the paragone and loved it. It's funny because I just looked at the fibersmart today at the healthfood store. The naturalpath told me that flaxseed was the best way to go. Anyway good luck. It's so hard finding the right combo for every individual. I'm in C-hell right now and it is so hard. Take care
