Try months instead of days! To get stabilized anyway (in my case - everyone is different).

But I need someone else (Kandee???) to chip in on the celiac thingy cos I'm not sure whether you've really had it ruled out or whether it#s likely you are gulten intolerant (on top of having IBS). That often confuses the issue to begin with, cos obviously if you're gluten intolerant, eating bread and pasta won't help!

Thanks Linz....let me say first.. This kind of diagnosis makes me so angry! Whenever the gliadin antibodies are elevated it means there should be concern over tolerance to gluten. Yes, it doesn't mean you have Celiac Disease but you could be a step away from it.

Try going gluten free for a while and see how you feel. It may take a few weeks to notice even a small difference but some notice it right away. This doesn't mean you may not have IBS as well. I do, and in fact it is more problematic than my gluten intolerance. Kandee
