Sorry I did not see your diet post however all I can say is if it makes you ill try changing it. Its trial and error, one person cannot say wether something is bad or good for you, only you can do that. I know its hard and it can take so long to establish what things make you worse and what dont. I did read you other post on this board....

Maybe eating 8 servings at once isnt the best thing for you if you are in pain afterwards? again one persons idea of 'overdoing it' can be different from anothers depending on our own tolerances.
I do not wish to sound patronising but you keep saying 'I dont want to be deprived'.
That is your choice, either eat certain things and pay the price or dont?
